Finance and Administration
The Finance team members take care of accounting and financial matters for our branches in seven different countries. They make sure the official fiscal and legal deadlines are met and provide management reporting on group level.
The Administration team members support consultants and project managers in the financial administration of implementation projects in Europe, the USA and Asia. They take care of financial planning and budgets, offers and orders, invoicing and payments as well as project controlling.

The Office Team is an all-round team that has the responsibility of ensuring that the administrative activities within OM Partners run efficiently by providing secretarial and practical support and assistance to other teams and colleagues. The office assistants are also entrusted with arranging and greeting customers, suppliers and visitors; answering and forwarding phone calls; arranging travel and accommodation; and ordering office supplies and exhibition material, all while showing good organizational, communication and customer service skills.
